I'm a responsible paying customer. Although, this month I've had to balance my bills, due the car accident I've been in. I've called a representative, who responded that if my payment wasn't made in full. My services would be shut off. I thought my payments on time in the past, would serve value. At least concerning my word, as a trusted customer. I've been dissapointed and insulted.
