Very hard to understand. I dropped off a down comforter and understood her to say my card would not be charged till I picked it up. I assumed they took the card info to hold till my pick up date. After I found my card had indeed been charged, I called to ask why and she said they weren't going to charge my card a $1 service fee. I am very upset she did not make it clear it was a prepay. I will not bring them any other business.

What a great job they do and her alterations are wonderful. You can't even tell where she stitched and the orignal was. Fabulous.
