Gutierrez Engineering is over priced and incompetent. We hired them to survey and mark some land in Starr County. The certified report came back starting with the incorrect county shown on the front page, the markers and amount of acreage were incorrect and the work was full of mistakes. We paid close to $10,000 for this travesty of a survey and asked for a partial refund. We didn't even get the courtesy of a reply to our request. Such customer service and we were long standing customers.



Find somebody else if you want the job done correctly. An engineering firm is expected to be precise and exact- these folks are sloppy and careless, to say the least. You will not get your money's worth with them.
