JL Cabinet and Granite

BUYER BEWARE! I had a horrible experience with this place.
Cabinets came with scratches and dents.
They rescheduled our installation date 3 times because they were behind on other projects.
Horrible communication. We had to call to find out why nobody was showing up for the agreed installation date.
When they finally showed up to install they didn’t finish in the two days they said it would take.
They ordered the wrong bathroom cabinet and then tried to blame us even though the invoice and contract clearly stated the correct items.
When asked to replace the wrong cabinet and they said it would take 2 months to come in.
Installer left a huge mess of material that he didn’t bother to clean up and to top it off his truck left an oil stain in my driveway.
They were completely unwilling to take responsibility for their many mistakes and still expected me to pay full price.
They are cheap for a reason, you get what you pay for!

Jason and Kate were both very knowledgeable, professional and even punctual. We got their shaker cabinets and granite throughout our house and the price was WAY under anything else we priced. Jason and his workers were so respectful of our house and laid tarp throughout, even took off their shoes! After dealing with a hard remodel, J&L was above and beyond what we were expecting for the cost :) Thank you, again, J&L!
