Lundie Utilities Inc.

We just moved in off of Tom Sawyer lane, and Lundie is the only service available. However, since we have moved in (august time frame) we have had brown water..... first we were told it was due to a line break, now we are being told its because we live in a cul de sac. The water is absolutely horrible, it looks like brewed tea and has a horrible smell. You cant drink the water, shower, or even water your plants (they die) something is drastically wrong and no one seems to care or do anything about it. Their solution was to install a filter for the entire home. If I pay for clean water, in a brand new home I expect the water to be drinkable and usable. I feel like they don't care about their customers due to the fact that there is no other option around. I am 100% positive that if their water at their home was like this, they would act a different way and have a solution for it. Totally unacceptable! (I even sent a video of the water and no response was given)
