I had called to schedule repair service on a refrigerator. The gentleman returned my call explaining that they no longer service refrigerators since it generally was not cost effective compared to buying a replacement. However, he did inquire to what was the nature of the problem, and based on that offered several tips and suggestions that may resolve my problem. In short they did indeed help, and I was able to 'resurrect' the refrigerator, and after two days it still seems to be working fine, saving me several hundreds of dollars on a new unit. So based on their courteous response, helpful information, and willingness and honesty not to take on the job that would have costed more that what it would have been worth, I give 5 stars.
