Jean and Bob the property manager are unprofessional and make up their own rules on when you have to remove the mobile home from the property based on age and other subjective criteria the managers make up. Nothing is in writing. They selectively enforce rules, colors of houses, where fences can be, cleanliness of property, you name it. Challenge them on anything or ask for clarification and they will stop answering the phone and they will send you talk to their lawyers.
