I run a very busy group of Doctor's offices around the valley. Not just a little organization, but a very large medical practice. We had an IT guy that wasn't working out. We were referred to InfoTRX by a patient of ours. We called and spoke with them and they immediately started to help us out. We found out that our servers were not being maintained, our router was not configured right and in the first visit to our office, Derek solved problems in 15 minutes that his predecessors could not fix in months. The cost to have them on staff for us is pennies in comparison to the expense we have incurred up to now. They help remotely, without even coming in. I didn't even know that was possible. I was just starting up a new business and needed someone to help me get my website and email started. I contacted InfoTRX and spoke with Derek. Right away I knew that I had the right guy. He was very down to earth. Where a few other guys I had talked to tried to sell me on hosting plans, servers, and other expensive items, Derek was very straight forward and told me how I can do most everything for less. We ended up choosing InfoTRX to build our website and they did a great job. I know that if we ever need technical assistance, InfoTRX is the only place we will go.

I needed assistance installing a new router and cable modem and also integrating a new Wifi Blu-ray player in my home theater.



Derek was punctual, knew what he was doing, and is very reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend.

This is a company , that you can be very comfortable having

your computer fixed,you will never be in better hands.

Called Info TRX out of the blue, in frustration over a call to Dell because of a blue screen. Helped me over the phone. Computer was back to normal ten minutes later. Really nice to know there is a honest company in our backyard. No more out sourced calls to India for me..... Highly recommend!

I was at school and my laptop died. I cannot survive at school without my computer. I used my phone and posted for help. Literally within 10 minutes I got an email from Derek at InfoTRX. InfoTRX was there when I needed them most. I am a dentist in the hear of Scottsdale. My server had crashed and I needed someone out quickly. I was recommended by a friend to InfoTRX. They were at my door within the hour and had a surprising amount of knowledge about our Dental Records program.
