Downs Septic & Drain

They tell you that work is "urgent" yet do not move forward with the work that you have contracted them to perform, or return your calls or messages to follow-up.

In the summer of 2013 Randy gave us an estimate on a replacement septic system that we were in urgent need of. He talked up the product and the customer service. After that initial meeting we wanted to move forward. He would not take our calls or return messages. We received the worst possible customer service. Would not recommend Downs to anyone

The staff at Downs can be counted on to do their job efficiently and professionally with personal attention given to each customer. My system functions at Health Department standards because of the regular maintenance provided by Downs Septic and Drain Cleaning. I would not hesitate to recommend them to others!
