I was going for a cheap car wash man I say cheap did not even wash my car was still dirty

If you decide to use this car wash, make sure that you inspect your vehicle inside and out before you drive off the premises. I did not inspect the inside before I left and when I got home, I noticed that the passenger seat and console had not been cleaned at all. My car is a two seater (small sport car) and I have only had it for three months. It's not that difficult to clean a small car like this.



Also, the cashier told me that they would call me when it was ready. Three hours after I dropped it off I had not heard from them so I called them and they advised me that it was ready. It should not have taken three hours.



After I paid for the service, I had to clean the inside over.

Me and my friend went there the other day for a car wash. We went outside after we made the payment to check to see if our car was done. We could see that the people who cleaned and dried the cars were soooooo lazy, they were acting like they really didn't want to be there. After they finished cleaning the cars, we saw that there were so many dirt marks on the car. When we brought it to their attention, they were angry and just wiped it with a nasty remark - "Oh god, u kidding me" . Also the inside of the car was soo dirty. It didn't look like they did anything. I'm never ever going to this garbage and take s#$& from this nasty trash people again. I would recommend you all to boycott this place and instead go down the street to Dikes road on Shell gas Station. They are much better service and better price too.

I had the worst experience here at the Pembroke Pines Branch. These guys had sens me a coupon for an oil change. The original price was supposed to be $29, but with the coupon it was supposed to have been $ 24.00. After I went to pick up my car, I showed them my coupon, The Asian looking lady(who was very very rude) at the counter looked at the coupon and changed the price that she had there. When I saw the invoice Iwas shocked to see she charged me $37.00 after 3 dollar discount. When i asked her about it, she said that I drive a Honda and that Honda's use expensive oil...Yeah Right... When I asked to talk to a manager he came rushing in with a big attitude and started yelling at me saying that he will change the oil to a regular and that i have to be responsible for the damages that incur. I didn't have a choice because these guys can take it back and do something to the car and make it look like it happened because of the oil. So I decided to let it go... But I'm never ever going to go back to that horrible place again.
