H & H Glass

I do not know what kind of work they would do , never could get them to come out for an estimate.....went by in person and called several times . Always the same answer, how backed up they are and would call me back with a time.....NEVER Happned, not one call back over a 3 week period!
They might do good work and they were recommended but if they do not have any follow through do not see how anyone would know!

I an in charge of a small camp (10 buildings) in the Birmingham area and have used H & H Glass several times since 2012. He does excellent work and even gives advice to help me save money on repairs. After the March 18 storms, he even beat the power company crew to the camp to get measurements on broken windows! He is very busy and you may have to wait a day or two for some repairs.

Their glass work looks good. However, it's a shame they won't follow up with a customer and don't have good contact numbers so that you can get in touch with them. Custom cut shower glass installed on November 29th, 2011. Here it is December 14th and I still don't have a shower door handle. They told me on day of install that "they" didn't put it on the truck. Then I was told it was on backorder. Really?? If it took almost a month to custon cut the glass then what's the problem with not having a standard handle in stock? The first statement by H&H is most correct, "they" didn't put it on the truck. Now, H&H is waiting until it's convenient for them to make a trip in my direction to bring my handle, or they just assume the job is 100% complete. Either way, H&H Glass don't care!!
