Happy with tires, Goodyear Assurance . They stay busy, come in afternoon, usually quicker in my experience

I bought 4 new tires and paid somewhere around $1200.00 for them. These tires would not balance and when I went in to have them rebalanced all 4 tires needed weights. This went on for several rotations of the tires. I was told the balance machine would not balance these tires so they sent me to the store on lakeshore drive to have them balanced. I went like they wanted but they wanted me to continue to go there for balance and rotation. This place is 30 minutes further from me. When ask would they pay for my time to go there the owner said "absolutely not". I guess they have no problem putting me out but they were not about to be put out. After time passed it was later assumed the tires were a set of bad tires. Yes I paid $1200.00 for a set of bad tires. By the time that was determined the tires could not be replaced. I am stuck with the tires. Its apparent that this place could care less about their customers once the sale is over. They no nothing about what they are selling to people they just want their money. I will never go back there. One more thing, when I told the manager I would write a review about this the only comment she made was " are you threatening me". You can ask yourself how this would be a threat.

when an 4 tires had to brand new ones on the front that I wanted back and they miraculously disappeared after 4 brand new tires were installed the car shookextremely bad after 4 * of rebalancing and spending the tire on the rim they said my rim's were warped finally after they realize I was not leaving they put 1 new tire on and refused to replace the other 3 it helped the shaking some and they revoke my warranty on my tires 4 700 dollars I expected a lot better service I will not be going back I will stick with michelin tires from now on even if I have to go to walmart
