Grade-A Tree Care

We hired this company 2 months before we eventually fired them. After originally hiring them, they said they would be out in 2 weeks to complete the work. We heard "2 weeks" for 2 months. We would have to track them down, call and leave messages, work pretty hard to get them to respond only to have them not show up again and again. Never a call or explanation as to why they no showed. Recent storms and major tree damage in the area is not an excuse to say you will show up and leave us waiting. There are too many great tree services in the area to put up with this company and their horrible customer service.
