Jack's Carpet-Pearland

Awful services all around!! After reading reviews on other sites, I see we weren't the first to experience this at this store. We worked with George C at the Pearland store when ordering carpet for our new home. We went with Jack's because George guaranteed installation by a certain date. Of course that date came and went with no carpet installed. We were very understanding, things happen, especially around the holidays. Then when we tried to contact George, our calls were avoided. We also received phone calls from the warehouse where the guy badmouthed George (shouldn't they be on the same team?), and when speaking to George, he tried to place the blame on someone else. One week turned to two, which turned to three. Our patience was up and we STILL did not have an installation date set. It seems like this store has HUGE issues that we were unknowingly put in the middle of. When we asked for our deposit back, George consented but only after acting like a whiny child. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy from Jack's Carpet again in my lifetime and will be spreading the word.

As of 6/22/2012 Jack's in Pearland is under new management. Come in and talk to Neil Burroughs and get the best possible service at the lowest possible prices.
