        I purchased thousands of dollars of tile there. The grout they sold me was defective and caused a huge problem. The owner acknowledged the problem and promised to make good on it. He strung me along for almost three years promising this and promising that. Finally after 3 years of stringing me along, I got a lawyer involved. He strung the lawyer around in the same way. Suddenly he refused to take any responsibility. This is horrible customer service. There are plenty of great tile companies around. I am sorry I believed in them.

        The best tile store in the county. I have purchase tile for my kitchen and 2 bathrooms from Classic Tile. The owner and his team will go out of their way for customers. Excellent selection, great prices. If you are looking for tile, this is the place.

        Without question this is the place to go for your tile needs. Do not let the outside fool you. The selection is extensive and the advice, the prices, and service is without an equal. Over the years I've done multiple baths and kitchens and have used a number of different tile stores. We found Classic Tile for our kitchen project and are now using them for our master bath. I made a mistake in the order and the tile installation had started. The owner dropped everything in the middle of the day to drive 1.5 hours (one way) to get the right tile and deliver it directly to my home. I told my contractor about this place and he says he will start using them. There is no way I would ever buy tile anywhere else.

        Tile arrived quickly but some ...

        Tile arrived quickly but some was damaged. I only got 2 boxes for a fireplace surround. Luckily there was enough but I wanted the extra in case something got damaged. I asked to get it replaced but they never got it. I ordered quite a lot of tile for a bathroom and I had 3 more baths, a kitchen and laundry room to go. They lost out on this sale...
