Thomas Quality Tire

I will have to take my car back. I paid this place to install an evaporater core in my ac system, evacuate the system and recharge with freeon. They had to get around a couple of minor things that had been done by someone that had previously worked on the same thing. I was originally told it would take about 7-8 hours. So I left my car with them over night so they could get an early start and they ended up taking two days. Then found out they broke a wire that goes in my dash to the gear shift. It would still change gears but on the dash it still read that you were in drive when you were in any other gear. Also I needed a part that they didn't have (which I am now questioning). So it's now going to cost me 100 more than what I have already paid. Also, when I finally got my car (until they get a couple other parts in) it would not idle right and could feel a rocking under the hood. Also, there was a hissing/whining sound that was not previously there. So I go under the hood to check it out and a pin that goes through my alternator and (I assume by the way it looks) mounts to the engine was loose. Thank goodness there are other places where the alternator mounts as well. I also noticed a couple other places that were missing some screws. Those didn't seem to interfere with function directly but Damn. I paid 850.00 for the work they did. Still not fixed and didn't put things back together right.

The first guy I spoke to (Kenny) seemed like they'd have no problem fixing my tire. Fast forward 2.5 hours, and NO work being done, when the owner (LC) walks in. It was another hour before they even got started on me. Then, they told me they'd balanced the tire, when it only took a mile on the highway to tell that the tire wasn't sitting right.



Never again, Goodyear! If you are going to have your logo above a crooked place like this, I won't be returning my business to your company.
