Wouldn't be so bad if the sewage rates weren't astronomical--more than double the water rates, sometimes almost triple... It's ridiculous...

RUDE!!! Not a professional water assn. your bill is due on the 10th of each month. I'm writing this to say most businesses have a professional process to follow when the bill is due on the 10th and the 10th falls on a Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. Most businesses will allow you to pay on the next business day. Greenfield water holds themselves to a higher standard. Rather than serving their customers and Instead of allowing you to pay your bill on the next business day with no late fee charge. Greenfield water has decided instead they will charge you a $10 late fee even though their offices are closed. Greenfield water Assn. responds to this by telling their own customers to pay online which also includes an extra fee or to have your payment in their Dropbox on the next business day after the 10th before their office is open.
What has happened to customer service and common sense. It's my opinion Greenfield Water Assn. has quite a scheme going on...
