        Overall

        I used this company to come out and clean my family room, bedroom, and stairs. I would never recommend this company to anyone. When I came home the techinican left a puddle of water on the floor in my laundry room, and a piece of my tile was damaged. There was a lot of excess water left in the carpet. When I walked on the carpet without my shoes I could see and feel the excess water that was left in the carpet. I am now experiencing a terrible ordor in my home. It smells like the technician used dirty water. I have left several messages for a manager, and I have yet to receive a return called. Each time that I call I'm told that they are short staff, and the managers are out of the office helping to fulfill the orders. I am now forced to call in another company to come out and clean up the mess that the technician made. This is no excuse and I will be filling a complaint with the secretary of state and the Better Business Bureau.
