My Wife hired this racist as a Christmas present to clean my car. When I contacted him, he was so rude I nearly told him to go to hell immediately.
My coupon for the pre-paid car detailing was about to expire (good sign this was a scam) and the jack ass told me I needed to wait 3 months. Ok...fine, maybe by then his attitude would change,....nope. This asshole had no intentions of washing my car,....it was too far for him to drive. Even-though we it was confirmed I had to call him in the morning like I WORKED for him. He was sure to start busting my balls about being a suburban POS since I didn't call to wake him that morning. As in most of the reviews on here you will get the point.

Gerald is a angry, hate filled, lazy POS that thinks customers owe him something. Sorry, can't comment on his work, cause he doesn't do work. Ended up getting a refund from GroupOn. Wish my Wife had done some research first, its pretty obvious he has done this many times. I bet he has to re-staff his company about every 2 weeks, just a worthless son-of-a-bitch.

Oh,...and he likes to threaten you. So should something happen to my house, vehicles or myself I hope this post will serve as evidence to the PD that I was fearful of this criminal.

Like many other reviewers, my experience with Gerald was terrible. He was impossible to schedule with, unresponsive, unreliable and on the rare occasions I was able to reach him, he was rude and unprofessional.



I finally emailed him and explained that I wanted a refund because I was frustrated with how difficult it was to reach him and actually redeem the service that I had already paid for (8 months ago), and this was his response - copied and pasted directly from his email, unedited, with all its typos and hilarious angry teenager tone:



"In not sure what are you talking about. I didn't buy this voucher,YOU bought it. So if you like to spend your money places you have no inclination to take time to read not understand "How to" redeemed your voucher,set your appointment,or get a refund...thats YOUR ignorance not mine. I don't have your money nor do I know of any refund you requested. So figure it out.I ignore ignorance."



Guessing he'll be less busy when his coupon sales run out...

Horrible service. Got a coupon and paid $100 for a complete inside outside detail. Instead of a detail, I got a 20 bucks car wash and interior vaccume. Did not even clean the door area where it closes into the car, the central dash like obvious places. These are the kind of people who would scratch your car and them ask if you want scratch removal service. Hire them at your own risk. The operate out of an apartment in Norcross somewhere I think.

He will set an appointment and not show on time (by hours not minutes), if he has to reschedule due to weather, he won't call you, eventhough he says he will. Takes days to reschedule by his time not yours (I was open for any day anytime). He won't call you, you have to call him. The work he did was just below average. Pay the same amount at local car wash, at least they clean your mirrors and windows. Much wasted time and not a chance I will use this service again. I only wish this review would allow me to post pictures.
