The absolutely worst customer service we've ever received. We will never go back there. Our family and friends are also disgusted with what happened to us, and will never use them again for anything.

I had a similar problem. I asked for a reliable, quiet washer, and they sold me one with, it turns out, no noise insulation. My brother says they must have wanted to just get it out of their inventory. They would not allow me to exchange it. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

I bought a dishwasher. Although I had asked for a quiet one, it was very noisy, also the repair person had to come out twice in the first two weeks, and a problem still remains. I asked if I could return it, but was told no. Now I am stuck with a noisy dishwasher, assuming it continues working, for years. I feel that I wasted hundreds of dollars.

I always do comparison pricing before making a purchase on any large item. I have always found wickford appliance to have the best prices for what I am looking for. The salespeople I have dealt with have been very helpful and not pushy at all. I have purchased my washer, dryer and stove from them and am now in the market for a refrigerator. The deliveries have always been when they say it will be and they will setup for you. I highly recommend this store.
