All systems are designed with thermally improved frames and sash, insulating glass, integral screen tracks, and incorporate heavy-duty hardware. We do not tolerate cheap parts because our goal is to make durable windows and doors. We know that when you use our products you will see the difference with your eyes and you will feel the difference in your hands. We like to say “built by hand in Pawtucket, RI.” Our city is the birthplace of the American Industrial Revolution. And it’s still a place where people take pride in building things by hand and building things right. Our shop has its share of cutting-edge equipment, but if building it right means we have to use a West German made copy router from the last century to make a special “one- off” custom window or door, then that’s what we use.

        we order a window with American Window Enterprises , we paid a deposit and we never receive the order, we try to contact this company or the owner and no one answer the phone or return our calls. do no order anything from them . They will take your money and you never will see them again.

        They are friendly people and worked hard to get my replacement windows done by my deadline. Quality was good, cost was lower than all of the local competitors that I checked. I recommend them.
