Furry Tails

Furry Tails is all about dogs. Colt, my pekapoo loves going to be groomed and playing with the other dogs, he even knows his own way to the back. He doesn't mind if he has to spend the weekend either. Michelle and Jeremy take good care of him!

I have been taking our Bichon Max to Furry Tails for three years or more. I can not imagine taking him anywhere but to Michelle. He is always happy to see Michelle and feels at home there. I am always pleased with the way he looks and with the care Michelle takes with him. she is always willing to work with my schedule and at times has even brought him home when I could not get out to pick him up. I hope to continue the relationship with Furry Tails and Michelle for many years to come.

Rate this business with stars, using up to five stars. Unfortunately, this business doesn't even deserve the ONE star that I had to click on to do this rating. I truly hope anyone and everyone who ever is thinking about sending their animal to this "Spa" for dogs changes their mind and quickly runs in the opposite direction. I would rather leave my four legged best family friend with a group of toddlers who could probably care for them much better than the owner Michelle Cosnotti could do. This is the most heartless, careless, rude woman I have ever met in my life. She has NO customer service skills whatsoever. She is rude to all her customers and is easily annoyed. I was highly upset when I came to her to board my pet. She acted as if I was an inconvenience to her. I even witnessed her yelling and cursing at one of her employees. I felt so bad for the employee and the animals that were there. She left pups unattended at the grooming table with the safety cord still around their neck. I would never in my life recommend this place for ANYONE. After further reading ratings on other sites and also talking to some of the local community, I found out that others, too, were NOT happy at all with the owners attitude. At this rate, she will probably be out of business soon, unless she decides to make some changes and start appreciating her customers and treating the animals there with some respect as well.
