Carlo's Complete Car Care

terrible....DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE...was quoted an alignment(four wheel) the reason the estimate was abnormally high, when I picked up the car , the bill was $194.00!!!!! Told the cashier that this was above the quote and she did not even respond. I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN. I am a local.....cannot IMAGINE HOW HE WOULD GOUGE A TOURIST. Have no respect for those who allow GREED to govern their REPUTATION AND CONSCIENCE.

UPDATE: Carlo responded to my BBB complaint and gave me a partial refund. He apologized profusely for the mistake and explained the difference in cost. I really appreciate his wilingness to make this right, and for that I am very grateful. Thanks ORIGINAL POST: The only good thing I can say about my experience with Carlo's Complete Car Care is that they completed the job on time. However, when I arrived to make payment and pick up my vehicle, the actual cost was $125 OVER the quote that I was given just this morning. When I complained about the price difference, the lady at the counter politely apologized, but the owner was not brought forward to back up his reason for error. She kindly explained their reasons for the difference in cost - which should have been clear at the time of the QUOTE and not afterward as an afterthought when I had to arrive to pay. This is not the way to do business, especially if you want repeat customers.
