This place has what you need without the overcharge. This guy saved me tons of money. We usually dont leave reviews if I'm happy, but this guy deserves it. Been there forever. I buy from his without the fear of closing like all downtown stores.

I purchase a bed room set & living set for $1500 all together. They promise to have my order shipped Friday when I placed my order it was Tuesday. They gave several excuses as to why my furniture wouldn’t be delivered. i decided to purchase anything the man who sold me the furniture assured me that he would have it delivered by Friday in order to close the deal. I didn’t receive my furniture until Monday. They had me take off 3 days of work to sit in the house to wait for furniture that never came. They told me the time frame was 1-8pm when my furniture got to my home the delivery guys where rushing upset that i lived on the 3rd floor which i explained before purchasing I lived on the 3rd floor but there was an elevator. They put my bedroom set together and the mattress is bigger than the frame and box spring so it hangs off of it. I called them and the owner promise to bring me a bigger box spring so my mattress would fit the next day. They brought me the box spring a week later for it not to fit and was the same as I had. I called back and the owner promise to bring me a new bed set since the one i had was wrong. The bed frame is breaking apart in the two weeks that I have had it because the mattresses is over lapping the box spring and frame. I am still waiting for them to bring me a new bed set which was promise 4 days ago. I called them yesterday to ask where was my bed set another man answered the phone stated he doesn’t know what I am talking about. Prior to a older woman answered who knows me very well I been talking to her since this whole mess started she was there when they sold me the furniture was assisting. I was promised that today Tuesday I would get a call have my furniture. They never called or showed up. I asked for some kind of refund or discount off of what I paid the man said to me “for what” I need you to be patient with him. I have been more than patient waiting 3 weeks have a broken bed frame a mattress that overlaps my frame & box spring.

I wish I didn't even shop there I spent a lot money item I got all wrong ones poor quality horrible customer service I hated ��������

PEOPLE PLEASE DO NOT SHOP AT THIS STORE!!!! THIS STORE IS A FRAUD!!!! THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! THE WORKERS DO NOT RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL. ONE OF THE WORKERS CALLED ME OUT OF MY NAME. AND PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ THE RETURN POLICY. THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY WANT YOU TO GO THROUGH THE COURT SYSTEM TO GET YOUR MONEY BACK.

Worst customer service ever. Their delivery set time is never the actual time, they keep you waiting all day for your furniture to arrive, never apologize for their extremely poor customer service, and to top it all off the furniture that they do deliver is ripped and damaged. After I let the Spanish manager "Willy" about the problem he says to call him tomorrow and then take another eternity for the delivery people to actually come and take the defected couch. Extremely disappointed and if wasn't for their "NO REFUND" policy they have I would have been done dealing with them a long time ago. Beware people, just go to a legit furniture store may be a bit more expensive but at least you know you are getting your money's worth and not having to deal with such rude workers who could care less about the service to their customers. First and last time shopping here!

Oh boy did we try to keep it local. We have a heart for Passaic and the merchants who do business there. This guy is not to be respected at all l!!!!! Too bad he scams innocent people. BUYER BE WARE!!!! LOOK AT HIS RETURN POLICY & BUSINESS PRACTICE S REAL CLOSE! WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Good customer relations & customer service is not on his agenda at all.. Just give him the $$$ and he will sock it to you right quick. Besides I'm sure he sells seconds. . . . .

I was sceptical to purchase furniture from this store after reading the reviews but I would say my experience has been good. You have to look out for good quality when making the selection, after that, the price you can get is fabulous. Delivery and setup at home is fine as long as you do not expect white glove service. Overall I got good quality at a great price.

I bought a dinette from there and thought I was getting it brand new in a box.. Because that was exactly what I asked for.. And when it arrived it was the display that I got.. When I called to complain they told me there was no refund or exchange.. This store gives bad business and sells furniture that falls apart. The people that had put the chairs together also put in the screws so tight that they made holes in the seat. I'm giving this store in Passaic called PASSAIC DISCOUNT FURNITURE LLC a bad rating. A fat F for false advertising and lying about the product

Terrible. El peor lugar para comprar. Puse dinero para un sofa en Layaway y no aparece ni el dinero ni el mueble. Tengo que llevarlos a la corte para conseguir que me devuelvan el dinero por que el manager quiere quedarse con el 40% de los 560.0 dolares que le entregue en efectivo. una verdadera estafa. Cuidado!!! esta gente no es de fiar. Ademas no soy la primera cliente de la cual tienen quejas, el departamento del consumidor de NJ tiene toda una lista de quejas contra ellos.

This store staff is very unprofessional and rude. They do not keep their word at all. worst place to buy furniture.

If I could have given the store a zero, I would've done that. The store sold me a defective merchandise, a kitchen cabinet. When I tried to get them to come and replace it, the manger asked me to bring it to the store, although I paid for shipping and it was clearly defective. I told him that the cabinet which was supposed to have glass doors, had two short pieces of glass that didn't fit and nothing to hold them close. The doors remain open all the time. The manager or owner, I am not sure told me on the phone, "old man, I am not replacing the cabinet and nothing you can do". I reported it to Better Business Bureau and he never responded. Look up the store on BBB web site. Never buy from the store.
