Sears Parts & Repair Center

Technicians were competent and were OK meeting time windows. In my opinion the service charge was highly overpriced: $150 for a few minutes work to replace a defective part.

The repair guy called to tell me he was on his way, and arrived in good time. He was fast, knowledgeable , and done a very good job. I am totally satisfied with this service and I highly recommend them, and I will use them again in the future if I need to.

The guys from Sears were great. Two different guys, one to fix my stove and the other to fix my refrigerator. They did a great job, were courteous, and cleaned up after themselves. On the other hand I had a bad experience with a contract repair company Sears sent to work on my stove before the Sears guys showed up - these guys did not know what they were doing.

Really pleased. The service was excellent, the technicians were very professional and well mannered, and I am very pleased that my dishwasher is now working silently and running well.

Great quick response! Service tech showed up at my door at pre-arranged time and fixed the issue in 15 mins.
