Bob Lester's Tree Service

This man has been doing business on Gibson Island, Md and gave me a quote to do a job and then was full of excuses when it came time to do the Job. I want the word to get out to all that use this man for tree service. Gibson Island watch out!!!!!!!!

I tried to contact several 24 hr. emergency services the day after the 2/10 blizzard for an uprooted 25' pine tree that was blocking the sidewalk, and Bob Lester's Tree Service was the only company I spoke with directly and did not have to leave a message. (FWIW, two days later, none of those 24 hr. services I left a message with have returned my call). He personally cut up the tree the next day so it could be moved out of the way because his crews were already tied up with other emergency cleanup work, then sent one of the nearby crews to remove the pieces during their lunch break. I was also only charged a nominal fee for routine tree removal without having to pay extra for the emergency response. I checked on their Better Business Bureau rating and they have an A+ rating, and it's well deserved. I highly recommend them.
