I accompanied my sister to Jerry’s earlier this month to get her 2018 Honda Accord repaired because of what I had been told by AutoZone was a bad alternator.

My sole purpose of going with my sister was making sure that she would not be taken advantage of.

However, I must confess that Anto and the rest of the entire crew were not only very knowledgeable, but MOST importantly, were so HONEST and ETHICAL that I plan on recommending all of my family and friends there, including my young daughter.

I specifically told them that the alternator was faulty and to just replace it, but they didn’t take the easy way out, they tested it anyway finding out that it was 100% fine, but that the “old error messages” simply needed to be cleared out.

I was so out done, because they could have just replaced the alternator “as I had instructed them to do” and my sister could and would have easily paid them $1,000+, but because of their HONESTY my sister only paid $150 for the diagnostic analysis!

PLEASE go there if you want the BEST service and HONESTY, a word that is so rare in the service industry in the times we’re living in today.
