Crate & Barrel

Because the location where I purchased 5 (Lowe) dining chairs had closed, the manager at the Pasadena C&B offered me $90/chair because of my complaint that the front wooden rail could be felt through the upholstery, making them extremely uncomfortable. When I bought the chairs several years ago, the regular price was $150 each. I would have accepted an exchange, but With $90 I could only buy 2 1/2 chairs. What a ripoff. This breakdown in comfort began about two months after the chairs were purchased for a dining room that is barely used. Crate & Barrel does not stand behind their merchandise.

Friendly services. They do their best to help you order the items you need. It's a big show room with 2 floors. It's always fun to visit.

Excellent customer service. Recently bought a sofa at this location and the staff was very helpful.

Great quality merchandise at reasonable prices. I always look to Crate & Barrel for new home decorating ideas.
