Stormguard Roofing

Stay far away from Stormguard roofing. Stan is a scam artist and should not be trusted at all. I hired Stormguard to replace my roof and gutters 2 years ago and they did a very bad job, never replaced the fascia that they were paid to replace, damaged other pieces of fascia, and tore yet another piece of fascia off to match the replacement pieces then they never came back, oh and they messed up my gutters as well. After getting no response for months from the roofer who was supposed to come back the following week with the new fascia I finally managed to get in touch with Stan, he was nice when he came to my home to see what the problem was. He said he would have someone come out that week to replace the fascia and to drop my gutters down to where they were supposed to be, well he has been giving me the run around for the last 1.5 years now. He has returned 3 of my 50 something calls and the first time he called back he said he was on vacation with his wife and could I call him back the following monday, well I did and he ignored me, months later he called back after another message I left threatening to call the BBB and he said he would have someone come out that following Tuesday as the weather was not supposed to be nice for the next couple days. I took that day off work and sat home all day waiting and no one ever showed. The next phone call I got was after I filed complaint with the BBB, Stan then said he was paying someone else to fix the problem, well that person came out a couple days later to see what was up and said he would be back after the snow melted the following week, well 2 weeks later I called him and he said Stan owed him too much money and he couldn't do anymore work for Stan for free. Stan still will not call me back. If you want someone to do a good job on your roof and want it to look good, stay away from Stan and Stormguard Roofing!!! He is a THIEF and a LIAR!!!

Stan was a very nice man! He helped me pick out the color of my roof and gutters. They were very friendly and courteous. I would recommend Storm Guard roofing to all my friends and family. Thank you Stan.
