When I called Parker TV and explained my problem, they immediately knew what part needed to be replaced. When it came in in just a few days, called me and sent a tech out within an hour. My 73" Mitsubishi was up and running in just 35 minutes, and just in time for game 7 of the World Series. Very friendly and knowledgeable.

Overall

Super customer service. Jose knows TV repair. He fixed our Samsung after lightning damage very quickly and reasonable price. When I had trouble making it work at home (problems due to further lightning damage) I returned with the TV and he walked through all functions in his shop with me to be certain the TV was working properly after repair. Excellent service.

I am very disappointed with this tv repair shop!

One day on Tuesday I came with a porter part to be replaced...Jose took a look at my tv and said the repair would take couple of days, and $80...

So I paid $40 to start and we agreed that I pay the rest when it's done!



Two days passed, and I decided to call next week on Tuesday.. (He didn't feel important to call me back after two days, to notify me if he looked or was able to repair successfully....or notify me about any complications...

That a warning sign!

When I called him after one week of silence, and asked about their success, he began hanging issues over my head that it was wrecked such a horrible way, that he needed a little more time to look how to fix it another way..then it took another week..haven't heard nothing from him again in the following week!

I lost my strength, @I asked my husband to call him.. He called, and Jose told him that he needs another week... Really???

After three weeks I came on Saturday, and found he don't work on Saturdays,he wasn't there. So his work colleague transferred me to him, and when I asked 4 my money back, since it wasn't repaired he said he would not give me nothing back because he was working on that!!!

That's ridiculous!!! I believe they just keep the electronics, never even checking the problem, then just for keeping it untouched &for a storage they charge you for nothing!!!

TOTAL BS AND RIP-OFF!!!

Please learn on my misfortune, and NEVER intrust your goods in their hands! You ll feel violated as a customer, like it just happened to me!...

STAY AWAY. Before taking my TV, I found out (by the flashing LED light) that I needed a new SD Board. I called this place, told them what I thought the repair was and that the part cost $100 online. They said that sounded about right, to bring it in, and they charge 50 bucks to diagnose (which rolls into any repair). I dropped it off (they told me 1-5 business days to diagnose) and didn't hear from them for a week and a half. When I called, they didn't have the diagnosis even done, and called me back 2 days later with the cost. $400 to replace the board. When I asked why, they told me they had to order the board from the manufacturer directly (which costs $250). Did they bother to tell me that when I told them the price? NO. I told him that isn't worth it and he said it is a good TV, that I should do the repair. I said I wanted to know what they'd buy it from me for. After 3 weeks of calling I finally got an estimate. 75 bucks. For this "great TV" that I should repair? I asked why so low, and they said because it is a 720p TV. WRONG. It was the best plasma on the market when I bought it 4 years ago. It is 1080p in fact. So I'd get 25 bucks out of it after my wasted $50 on a diagnosis I already knew. Do NOT go here unless you want to be completely ripped off. They are completely dishonest. The owner even admitted that he doesn't look up parts before doing diagnosis (and giving a rough estimate) because then people wouldn't have any repairs done. So when they know you are going to rip them off they don't come in? Duh.

I was very happy with the service I received. Rob and Jose helped me with a factory

warranty issue on my Mitsubishi tv. They worked with me and mitsubishi to resolve my issues. My tv works great! thanks again Rob and Jose great job!

Job well done

Parker tv repair has fix 2 of my tv's in the past with an exceptional fast and reliable service. Last month my new samsung lcd went out on me. I called them and they came in to pick it up the same day and the turn around service took about a week due to parts being shipped. Thanks for Jose and Dave for their great customer service and knowledge.

Excellent service

Not many in the tv repair industry anymore unfortunately, but i was able to find "Parker TV Repair" right here on yellowpages and gave them a call. Jose and Dave arrived at my house an hour later and got me back up and running in time to watch the game the same day. Great guys very knowledgable and I now know who my "go-to" guys are for TV repair.

Dealing with the people at Parker Tv was a great experience. I called them about my Samsung Dec 1, 2009. It was late in the day but they came right out . They were able to repair my tv on the spot.



The techs Dave and Bob very very nice. Thanks Guys.

Can't agree more

All I can tell you is that it is a waste of your time to go there. If you want to feel like you are being worked over by a used car salesman, then please walk in their door. I did look them up with the BBB and guess what, they aren't accredited. I have looked at some of their other adds and they said on one site they have had several thousand satisfied customers over the last 5 years. Funny thing is, the BBB website says they have only been in business since 2007. Hopefully they don't use that funny math on your repair bill! So I looked up their accreditation that they state they have. One is the ICF - That stands for International Coach Federation. What does that have to do with repairing my TV? More like weening the money out of my pocket for a new one! Well, good luck to all who go there, but if you have read this and still go there, just know... I TOLD YOU SO!!!!

Poor experiences

I have worked with some of the people involved in this company and have nothing good to say about those interactions, they were not honest in initial dealings and did not live up to the agreements they had made. Basically failed to deliver paid for goods.
