HORRIBLE service! I purchased a helmet for my husband for Christmas. The girl helped me pick it out, knowing it was a gift. She never told me there were no returns or exchanges on helmets. When my husband tried to exchange it (for the same helmet but different finish), he was told he couldn't. I went in to the shop to ask why I was never told about this policy and the sales girl was rude and said she probably did. She said I should try to sell it on EBay!

I may actually try to do that, and will NOT buy an new helmet (or anything for that matter) there!
