AAA Housecleaning

Received estimated fee based of 4 hours per cleaning and asked the following questions:



(1.) If fee is based on 4 hours can I consistently expect 4 hours of cleaning? Response: AAAManagement has decided that we are not the right fit for you



(2.) Can I expect the tasks listed on your website to be completed? Response: Website is 5 years old, AAAManagement has decided that we are not the right fit for you



Judge for yourself, but clearly they are not willing to commit to either the hours they estimate nor the tasks they list, all appearances are that they are playing the same game as another cleaning service I used (ie charge based on X hours, but in reality only spend a very small portion of that time).
