Super Express Car Wash

Worst car wash you could ever go to. They were offering their deluxe car wash for $12.00 with an offer of buy one get one free. I asked an employee if there was a time limit for using the free one because the sign gave no indication of an expiration. The employee stated "no there is no time limit. Came back ten days later and the code given for the free wash was invalid because it expired after five days! Spoke to the manager there and was told he would not stand behind what their employee told me. I asked to have the owner call me and he never did.



Quality of the wash there needs much to be desired. The brushes leave scratches all over the car and the tire shine winds up smearing all over the body and wheels. I would rate them no stars if I could. Stay away from this place unless you like having your car scratched and being lied to. Recommend going to Speedy Car Wash at 3056 Washington Street in Waukegan instead.
