Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

The customer service at this store is absolutely the worst that I've ever experienced. I purchased a bedroom set here and one week after purchasing, I still had not received a call to set up delivery. I left several messages, never got a call back. Apparently their phones do not make outgoing calls. Spoke to the Customer Care "Manager" (term loosely used) at the store who was nasty and also never returned my calls. I had to deal with their headquarters to get any degree of a response. I am now waiting on my third delivery attempt since they tried to deliver damaged furniture during their first two attempts. They have a nice selection of furniture but I am a month from the original purchase date and cannot make this a full time endeavor. I will NEVER purchase furniture from this store again and will tell everyone that I know not to buy here.
