        POOR TELEPHONE SERVICE

        Office staff in need of polishing up!! Paramus office is closest to my home and I called to ask their hours. Joanne answered and she said they were open til 8pm. I asked if I needed an appointment. Joanne's response was we close at 8 but we dont take anyone after 7. Well that to me was telling me she isnt interested in staying open to do business!! Were do you get these people from!!!! I will travel further away to the RIVER EDGE OFFICE because a gentleman named TOM looked up the paramus # for me to start!!Tom was curtious and connected me to Lauren in his office who also was a pleasure and made me feel they would be happy to assist me!! Joanne needs to visit the River Edge Office to learn how to do bring in business!!! What a shame!!! RIVER EDGE OFFICE STAFF RANKED #1 with me just on phone service alone! BEAT THAT PARAMUS!!!! RO
