- Kristen Socha, MS, PA-C, is a Board-Certified Physician Assistant specializing in the areas of vascular and cosmetic medicine. She joined Chuback Medical Group in September 2011 and her years of clinical experience add to the wealth of knowledge she brings to our practice. Her compassionate personality and gentle bedside manner help give all patients the individualized attention that they need and deserve. She works alongside Dr. Chuback to evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients who suffer from chronic venous insufficiency. She possesses many years of clinical experience and is highly skilled in vascular procedures. Kristen is also passionate about and has dedicated over a decade of her career to excelling in aesthetic medicine. She is a specialist in the use of cosmetic injectables for non-surgical facial aesthetic rejuvenation. Kristen has also obtained a Master’s Certification through Allergan to provide patients with a comprehensive understanding of body contouring with CoolSculpting technology. With this level of skill, knowledge and clinical experience, Kristen provides patients with the most up-to-date treatment options for the best clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.

The facility is immaculate and they are practicing covid-19
