The Doctor is a great doc. Treatment is planned for detox and you cant get your dose changed at all during detox which sucks but, the medicine does work. The staff that work the front desk are inconsiderate people who don't even greet their patients or visitors. The last time i walked in the lady who works the front desk, stared at me until I said something. ALSO, if you are looking for help and need them to work with you they wont do it. All they care about is collecting their paycheck. Id have to rate their overall customer service from my own experience, on a scale from 1-10, id rate it a 1.

I don't recommend this Location for any one who really is seeking help. This is the location on Van Nuys and Plummer*
