Sage Appliances

I had my SubZero freezer and the fridge serviced by this company. Before then we hired Wilshire refrigeration and it was expensive for maintenance alone. But, Sage appliances had done it for $290!!! instead of $499. We were also advised by sage that our unit needs to be maintained not annually (as per wilshire) but every 2-3 years. Every year is not even necessary in our clean kitchen environment, since we have no pets.The technician, Alex, was very young looking. Like a freshman from college. I asked "how long have you been doing this? you look so young." My wife and I were so dubious by his youthful appearance. He smiled and showed his ID to prove that he's way over 30, and he's been repairing electronics for over a decade. My wife decided to give it a shot. We don't regret we did. He performed like a true expert. Gave us plenty of recommendations on proper care. He even advised how to maintain our dishwasher with ice-machine cleaning solution. Our dishwasher's interior shines like brand new right now after the procedure. No more white residue and no funky odors. Many came up with worthless solutions on YouTube - did not work for us. No one previously had done such a great job on our fridge either. In the end he wiped the stainless steel surface to remove his fingerprints. What a courteous gentleman. If you feel skeptical about using this company, don't be. You will be satisfied by the service, pure kindness, and the price.
