This is the worst place I have ever been. Don't go There are lots of good places but this is the worst. They should not be allowed to stay in business

Focus on making your business more profitable, you already have a set clientele (work on keeping it, so business doesn't go elsewhere due to your poor service). When you walk in, everyone is quick to serve you. Even with an appointment, you may have to wait, as their appt. system is not too organised and sometimes they double book. They do an "ok" job with nails, some do it better than others. Beware once they have completed your nails, you're on your own on making sure your nails are dry and don't get damaged....you are moved around several times from chair to chair (if you're only drying your nails), which is fine is they would politely find you another spot with a free fan, but they expect you to move out in a hurry to serve the next customer (than the cycle begins).....I'm finding another place to give them my business...keep in mind I even tip them 15-20% and it didn't matter to keep me happy until my nails were completely dried and I was ready to go home!!!! I'm complaining because of the poor visit I had today, they moved me three times from the place I was drying my nails (having just sat on the chair), second guy that moved me thought it was funny, third lady that moved me was rude and gave me that look "like o'well not my ploblems your nails are not dried!". Let's not even start about going in to wax eyebrows! Best advise is to go on a Monday as soon as they open to get a beter service than on a weekend!!!!!
