Mr Trash

I called them this morning after they negected to pick up my can. They called the driver who advised them they had come at 3:30 in the morning. Not only have I had the service over 2 years. I have NEVER seen them here at that time. I ALSO was awake and trucks are loud and I was reading. I have heard them all the other times. They refuse to come back, my can is overflowing, I advised them that. I cannot take my trash out now.



I hate being lied to. We had them at work with dumpster service and I managed that account too and they were cancelled there too. I don't know how they stay in business. I was already cancelling , thankfully.



I advised them if they did not make this right, I would leave a review and they were a 2.4 before I leave this. They didn't even care. You could hear the smile in Leslie's voice. She needs a lesson in Customer Service.

Rude! Unreliable! Changed time for trash pickup and blamed me for their change (at least 19 other customers complained). Called and asked for a pickup and they said I had to wait for two days. Two days later they didn't pickup the trash! Raised rates without informing me of the increase!

Really poor service, very unprofessional, and very rude people. They left me and my intire neighborhood without pick the trash on xmas eve and new year eve, so 2 weeks without picking up the trash exactly on that time of the year where you have more trash. Call them to report this and they were very rude talling that they left a paper sticked to the bin when they clearly did not since I was not the only one. They didn't ket me talk and were very rude. Never again

Mr. Trash used to be an excellent service, but they are now horrible. We have over 20 accounts with them, five of which have not received service in the past week. You call them and you just hear excuses, no customer service whatsoever!! The sucking noise you hear will be all of these accounts leaving you for another service!

Unfortunately this review I feel is essential to write. First off it aggravates me that I have to take the time to even do this
I have had service with Mr trash for 2 years. Always prompt never really a problem, unless you were to call and speak with somebody in the office and the attitude you will receive was so rude it was ridiculous.
Long story short I had a toilet to throw away, the men picked up my trash but ignored the toilet. I called and was told they would not picked up items such as toilets, then basically the call was ended. well, this did not make much sense so I called back and spoke with somebody different and was told there was a service to haul away larger debrit.
Well, instead the following week I had a pretty much empty trash can so I just busted out the toilet and put it in it. it did not weigh more then when the trash can was stuffed full of palm trees and debris and garbage it only contained the broken pieces of toilet. Well the Trashmen decided not to pick up my trash again! I immediately called and spoke with the lady at the office and she had somebody come and pick it up that day.
Now this brings us up to the recent interaction with the office. a month or so ago we had a holiday that fell on a Monday so I figured they would not pick up my trash until the next day, my error and I missed my trash day. I call the office and was told they would pick it up on Friday as a courtesy to me. Friday came and my trash was not picked up. I thought oh well its not that full I'll manage until pick up on Monday. Monday came and they didn't pick up my trash again. so I call the office I speak with the "lady" telling her that my trash was not picked up again and quite possibly because I had had friends stay the night and canwas not worth it normally was...... Her response to me was Mr. Riedemann your trash was not out!! Extremely rudely! I in return responded "lady" it was out and in fact it had been out since Friday.
She immediately got irate and told me not to call her lady and hung up on me.
I called back and explain that I did not realize "lady" was a bad name, I did ask to "speak with Joe or manager"and was told neither were available. She didn't took it upon herself then somebody come by pick up my trash and remove my cam from my property as well thus canceling my service.
Now at this time I've become irate I call and I speak with a manager he was very apologetic ensured me that I would receive a call back from Joe personally. This never occurred!!
3 more times I called, twice leaving a message on the machine and a third time speaking with an individual and asking that my moneys be refunded immediately, still requesting to "speak to Joe" ,again no response from Joe.
2 weeks go by and I still do not get my refund which was 3 months payment because I just paid the bill. So I have to call one more time and was told it would be two weeks before I would receive my reimbursement again I ask if Joe would give me a call so that I can give him my story. Again nothing!!

Very, very unhappy!

Never had a problem until one day, about a year into our service they randomly did not pick up our, or the neighbors trash. Then they failed to again the next week. So, I had two weeks worth of trash. Then, not even two months later, the same thing happened after I called them twice during the day to ensure it wouldn't happen. And, of course, as typical Mr. Trash fashion, they never called back, nor picked up my trash...

Horrible service!!! The trash guys get upset and complain (very loudly) if you don't put the can where they want it. Calling the office or Joe Kennedy is pointless. They don't care and Joe won't call you back to "fix it".

there service is great for one day a week pickup if you add the second day a week pickup they never pickup on the second day so u are with trash all weekend backing up it is best to go with a different company if you want a two day a week pickup
