I needed new tires, I made an appointment with Alex Ramirez, he is always friendly courteous and respectful. He explained the process and the length of time it would take. He delivered as promised as usual.

I was looking for a Mercedes e300 and I spoke to Chinh Nguyen, he was friendly and knowledgeable, he answered all my questions. This was the best car buying experience, I was in and out relatively fast.

I experienced excellent service. Randall Ricalde is very courteous and professional. His service went above and beyond. Randall is very informative when it comes to repairs that need to be done on your car. He gives you options for how or when to return for maintenance. He was very helpful and called me with updates on my car. I really appreciate his time and I will definitely will be returning.

I've been servicing my 2006 RAV4 at Magnussen's Toyota of Palo Alto since my very first 1000 mile check. My go to service advisor is Randall Ricalde. He always makes the service I receive is exceptional and I feel satisfied every time. I trust the advisement I get and am glad my 11 year old car still runs great! Wouldn't take it any where else.

We had been looking for a used Highlander for several months and we found just the right car at the right price at Magnussen's Toyota of PA. Our sales person Dich (Dick) Tran was extremely helpful and not pushy at all. He was kind and really worked hard to ensure we had a great experience. We had a few issues with the car and our bank but the Dich and the rest of his team were very patient with us. I can't recommend Magnussen's and Dich enough.

He explained the jobs in details so I am very satisfied and confident with the skill and knowledge of the techs as well as service manager here. I highly recommend this place for your car services.

Jared Weber has helped me for several years and has always provided me with the most professional help with my cars when they needed repairs or routine maintenance that I could ever hope to have. His superior knowledge of Toyotas is beyond any that I have encountered before. Whenever I want help with one of my cars, I always ask for Jared first.

I've been going there for care maintenance for two years after buying my Prius there. It's a great place, super fast, they try their best to make you feel at home. I always bring my dog Max and sit in the waiting room while my car is serviced. No one has every complained. They have coffee and cookies and everyone is courteous. I'm a teacher and I work with people. I'm always amazed how professional and dedicated these people are every time I come in for a service. Professional is the word that comes to mind. my Toyota Sienna's first service, good experience, guys there are all friendly. Jared Weber is a good guy to work with

I went in to get my tire fixed I was in the area(I don't own a Toyota)I didn't have an apt or anything and I was greeted by a porter very nice with a smile and a Advisor by the name of Amir. He had asked me what I needed and I showed him I was on my spare tire. I had my tire in my trunk he which I believe had a whole in it but I couldn't see it so he told me not to worry about it he will take a look at it for me. About and hr later he came to me and said there was a hole in my tire and that it was unrepairable he recommended that I buy a new tire since I was going out of town that morning and it wasn't safe to drive with a spare on. I purchased the tire and with 30mins I was done with getting my tire fixed. As I was waiting to pay for my tire the cashier greeted me with a smile (believe her name was Paula) and asked me how my day was going after letting her know a bit of my situation just her smile made my day better����. Definitely will be recommending my friends and family to get there vehicle serviced here so friendly and polite
