Craig Lounsbury Roofing

I had a great experience with Lounsbury Roofing! I left for work and came back and it was as if they had never been there except for the beautiful new roof and leaf guards.

I would like to say Craig is a terrible person. After my husband and I speaking to him numerous times about the damage he conveyed of ripping off the roofing to the home we were living at. All of him promising he would pay for our repair to our Bridgestone tire never came about. My husband and I spoke to him numerous times as to where we were promised a payment on the replacement of the tire. We were told by Craig he would go half on the tire but once we moved he dodged every phone call from us for 2 weeks. I finally was able to reach him today from a different number he didn't know. He told me that the nails didn't come from his job of the roof he was working on... It came from the nails and screws that were already in my driveway.... The same driveway my husband and I drove on for 3 1/2 years with 3 different vehicles all of these years and said he wasn't responsible for it. My husband did accept his offer of going half on the tire, when I first heard of that I was upset with my husband for ever excepting such a compromise with someone who was so negligent of not carefully handling the material that was being thrown off the roof but I said to myself half is better than nothing and they (Craig & my husband) talked for a while on the phone as he (Craig) sat there and apologized. Well what a mistake of ever taking the word of Craig. Craig & his son was negligent of the way they ripped off the roofing to the home we were living in. He lied about taking responsibility of the damage to my brand new car and tire since now that the roof is complete. When speaking to him hours ago and getting no where with our agreement of just $70. For the $195 Bridgestone tire that was on my 2014 Toyota Camry. He denied any responsibility and told me he wasn't going to pay us anything. So I politely said I guess I will have to seek compensation from a court... His words were for a $80. Tire Good Luck and hung up the phone on me. My mind was blown that he made $10,000 on a roofing job as my landlord told me and couldn't even pay half on a Firestone tire of $138.78. I called Fluvanna Court and its $56.00 for small claims suit. Now I'm looking for everything court fees and all.
I just want people to know what a liar Craig Lounsbury is. Second guess your roofing options
Lounsbury Roofing is not someone you would like to trust as taking Craig or his sons word get it in writing and make sure as they are just ripping the roof off your home they are being diligent of the clean up.... There was no clean up of the ripping off the roof they just let all the nails and shingles just fly for 2 weeks
