Starbucks Coffee

This is probably one of the most poorly managed Starbucks i have seen. On a regular bases my drinks are inaccurately made and I have to return the drink or just deal with it. In the last 7 days I have had to return drinks on 4 separate occasions. Today I sat in the drive-thru for 25 minutes and get to the window to find out they had ran out of the ingredients to make my drink. This would not be the first occurrence where this has happened. They often run out of the vanilla bean powder they use to make some of the frappuccinos. As often as this happens you think they would resolve this issue by purchasing addition product. With management and employee alike serving incorrect drinks and having inadequate product to keep up with customer demand what are we to do. STEP IT UP!!!
