Salute! Don't waste your time it's just a front . I went there made a reservation on a house still u finished it's been two months and we just now hearing from the lenders Bof America , you can only speak to a imeida leano and that person took three weeks to get back with us, and it wasn't worth our time when she did. The program was set up to help but it is misleading also

I spoke to this imeida leano I told her lack of efforts interest not offering options or solutions, not adding the cost of what the Bank was supposed to help with the down payment and closing plus additional 10k from the Builder!

That alone was enough to get into the houses , they can't even move phrase one or two , this imeida leano tells me no one qualified, could it be that the builders with this loan land contract has another motives? What's really going on . I worked in real estate and I watch builders get land loan contracts and didn't honor their side in the high desert just left the project undone and went off with the money. So why the stall? That means the advertising is a lie, you got this one person in Bank of America you can only go through? You can use your own lender with this program, this woman Bank of America is lying getting this money for their own use getting people information to sell . Allegedly only a lawsuit will tell is Bank of America up to its old tricks?
