        stay away, call anyone but this guy. He buys products and mocks them up by 40%, charges per job and not hour meaning if he changes a light bulb you will pay for the bulb and then if he changes the switch the switch is a charge of its own and not hourly rate.

        charges way way too much and does not do a good job. Instead of fixing things he wants to change them so he can charge you for getting the parts.

        just stay away. and save your self the headache.
