Drs are great! Staff was great and I felt nothing through out my treatment. So glad they came referred by my family and friends.

Horrible service. Wasn’t acknowledged by dentist. Was yelled at by him for asking questions. Office manager sided with him. Received different treatment plans from 2 dentists at same office. Either they don’t know what they’re doing or they’re just lazy. Dr. Romero extremely unprofessional, even rolled his eyes at me

I just cancelled all appointments and closed the books with American Dental in Palmdale, CA. A family situation arose that caused me to cancel several appointments during the week. I called at 1:30pm to reschedule my son’s dental appointment at 8am the following morning and because I was within 24hours they wanted to charge me a cancellation fee of $25. They were unwilling to forego their policy and said that it would be upheld for all patients. They were more worried about the $25 fee than they were about maintaining a relationship with their patient. Therefore, they lost four patients because of their ridiculous cancellation policy.
