B & L TV & Appliance Service

After they serviced my fridge and charged me, the problem reoccurred reoccurred in a few days. The company wanted to charge for the same diagnosis instead of addressing the problem. They threatened to SUE ME for SLANDER for leaving a bad review. Not only was the service horrible, but their approach on customer service is shockingly terrible!

NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY!! What a ripoff. Very rude, unprofessional and scammer! Never said anything about fees $75 when you made an appointment, and demanded that payment when they get to the house and threatening and refuse to leave the house until payment is made!!!

Save yourself a trouble, and do not use this company!

The service I received from Bob at B & L was unsatisfactory. They were attempting to charge me $69.99 for a serivce call on a stove. This is after Fridgidaire told me that it was still under waranty and was to be fixed at no charge. I think it is mainly because I was at work and my female roomate was present. He told her he would not fix the stove until he recieved $69.99. Bob was extremely rude to the point she had to ask him to wait in the garage. It seemed to me he was not getting paid enough for the service call and tried to receive more underhandedly. I then called him and told him about the unsatisfactory service. He then said I was to blame and that if I told others what happened he would sue me for slander. I just want to prevent someone else from enduring the same situation.
