Arguably the best Vets. in Palm Springs. I have been bringing my dogs there for over 10 years, Dr. Henein is very compassionate and caring for my pets. Prices are fair and staff is very professional. I would recommend this office to anyone looking for vet in Palm Springs.

I had started bringing my dogs into this vet office for their shots. I recently went in to discuss saving money and asked about the cost of a shot. It was considerably more than I had paid on previous occasions. I went back in to ask more about their shot pricing, and the explanation was confusing. In addition, the person that had quoted me the higher price refused to give me their name, kept laughing at me, and ignored my questions about pricing. I said that I was going to complain and this person said they were calling the cops. I said I would love to see him explain to a couple of cops how me asking about dog shot pricing is somehow a crime. Needless to say, this office is not a trouble free place for those people that may not be liked by the person that laughed at me, refused to tell me his name, ignored my questions, did not explain the shot pricing very well, and I suppose called the cops. I am never bringing any dogs into this office in the future because of the person’s outrageous behavior and creation of communication problems. I would have put zero stars. However, the site requires one star.

My girls Gracie and Phoebe love PS Animal Hospital. We miss Dr. Salk, but the staff and new doctors are terrific. Very kind and loving towards my babies!

I had a very disappointing experience with this animal hospital and would NOT recommend it! They treated my dog for arthritis giving her 3 different exams and shots in her back which were pretty expensive. They seem more concerned about you paying upfront than the care of the pet! The Vet was not at all helpful or knowledgeable! The staff is only interested in getting their money! My dog did not get better and I was paying them for medication and Vet visits. I ended up taking her to the ER and found she had neck pain-not back pain. I took her to the VCA Desert Animal Hospital on Ramon and they also found it was severe neck pain right away. She had a bulging disc and was in severe pain almost 3 weeks while the Palm springs animal Hospital treated her for something else! She ended up needing surgery and is diing fine now! I would recommend Dr. Berenfeld at the VCA Desert Animal Hospital on Ramon in Palm Springs. they care about the pets they treat, they are professional and a wonderful staff!
