        Excellent Attorney!

        James got my second DUI charges reduced to a Reckless Driving in Martin County, FL, with no jail sentence. He also got two charges dropped in my case. And this was after I got arrested again! He did a great job preventing my license from getting revoked for 5 years too. I recommend anyone to use James Regan.

        PS My last attorney recommended that I take the State's offer: plead to 2nd DUI, do 30 days in jail and lose my license for 5 years, then move to NY where I could take the subway!!!
