I would NEVER recommend using this company. After receiving my cabinets on time, I found damaged doors, damaged drawers, wrong sized cabinets, wrong size fillers, wrong color touch up paint, and wrong size overpriced crown molding. I reordered drawer fronts and shelves, waited two weeks to get them, only to receive them in the wrong color.

Had to reorder one cabinet three times. Had to reorder crown molding three times. It cost me an extra $1,150.00 in additional labor costs, because my carpenter and electrician had to come back so many times, due to bad or wrong items.



Their customer service is not in existance. They could care less. You call with a question, they say they'll call you back, only you have to call them back, and when they answer they say, "I was just going to call you."



We originally went to them because they came recommended, where in the neighborhood, and their quote was good. But after you "pay before receiving" cabinets, they did not help at all to correct any problems. I had to drive 30 miles to pickup the reordered crown molding (their mistake) or they were going to charge me $85 shipping. And when I got home and opened the package, guess what, the crown was damaged, and had to reorder again.



After receiving my original cabinet order, it took TEN ADDITIONAL WEEKS to finally get what I originally ordered.



And they could care less...

STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - POOR QUALITY WORKMANSHIP - OVER CHARGES FOR EVERY LITTLE THING - ORDERS WRONG SIZE CABINETS - CABINETS ORDERED ARE NOT AS GOOD IN QUALITY AS THE SAMPLES THEY SHOW YOU - AND ABSOLUTELY NO QUALITY CONTROL ON FINISHED CABINETS.



I'LL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM AND I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM.
